UX/UI, structure and frontend
I designed the multi-page structure, user journeys and frontend across products, Buyer / Supplier flows, logistics, compliance and RFQ.
L.A.T. / KVI
A corporate web product for international fertilizer and selected-commodities trade. The goal was to explain a complex commercial model, build trust and guide qualified B2B demand toward a structured inquiry.

Responsibility / KVI
The case does not stop at a polished cover: below you can inspect the actual product structure, real pages and decisions that connect a complex international B2B flow into one system.
I designed the multi-page structure, user journeys and frontend across products, Buyer / Supplier flows, logistics, compliance and RFQ.
The case shows implemented project pages — from home and products to logistics, compliance and the first commercial request.
Information is separated by role and deal stage so visitors do not have to reconstruct the trading process from disconnected pages.
01 / Challenge
The company addresses multiple audiences — buyers, suppliers and international counterparties. The site had to communicate not only products, but sourcing, counterparty review, documentation, logistics, Incoterms and L.A.T.’s role as transaction coordinator.
02 / Solution
The website is structured as connected commercial paths. Users can move from positioning to products, buyer or supplier scenarios, logistics, compliance and contact/RFQ. The visual system combines corporate clarity, agricultural context and documentary trust.
What was built
International Russia → Brazil B2B website covering products, buyers, suppliers, logistics, compliance and structured RFQ flows.
Commercial directions for Urea, DAP, MAP, NPK and additional categories without artificial stock claims.
Dedicated pages for buyers and suppliers with different argumentation and required inputs.
Users understand what information is needed and what happens after the first commercial contact.
Routes, responsibilities, documents and shipment milestones are presented as a dedicated operational layer.
KYC/KYB, product checks, banking route and document trail are explained before execution.
International desktop and mobile experience with EN/PT language switching.
UI / Screens

Engineering / KVI
Reusable sections, cards, CTAs and commercial patterns form a consistent system rather than disconnected pages.
Complex legal and commercial concepts are broken into short, readable blocks with one visual language.
The visual system avoids unnecessary heavy effects and relies on predictable layout and optimized media.
Multi-page architecture, semantic headings and independent commercial directions support organic growth.
Under the hood / Product flow
LAT is not about backend complexity. The system value comes from connecting a commercial journey: each visitor needs to move from intent to relevant context and a clear first contact.
The flow starts by understanding why the visitor arrived and what context they need.
Page structure guides users through products, roles and commercial directions.
Logistics, documents and process context are available before the first inquiry.
The first request becomes a clear commercial next step rather than a generic contact form.
The website hands a better-prepared visitor into real business communication.
This is not a decorative diagram — it is the product logic behind the LAT case structure.
03 / Result
Instead of a generic corporate website, the result is an information system where each audience gets the right context, product directions are separated from inventory claims, and logistics/compliance content builds trust before an RFQ is sent.
