Danaflex Production System
An applied production-management system for orders and line state. The interface combines an operational dashboard, production queue, order journal, create/edit flows and an event stream.
An internal system where work matters more than a showcase.
Danaflex represents a different class of problem: dense interfaces for daily operations, statuses, roles, production queues and data employees actually use.

The case shows internal workflows rather than a promotional mockup: information density, statuses and action speed are the priority.

01 / Challenge
Bring the operator’s production workflow into one understandable interface.
When orders are managed manually, it is difficult to see what is running, what is waiting, which line is occupied and where attention is required. The system needed to expose production state without forcing constant navigation between screens.
02 / Solution
Build an operational center around the real state of orders and equipment.
Connected flows were created for the production dashboard, journal, order detail, create/edit screens, line assignment, statuses and system events. Key signals are visible immediately, while detail is available only when needed.
